Outstanding income tax of South African citizens living in the U.S. are also being handled by this office.
Letters received from the Commissioner of the South African Revenue Service (SARS) are forwarded to individual(s) concerned.
The South African Consulate General is also authorized to receive payments on behalf of the Revenue Service, from individuals who wish to make payments of their outstanding income tax.
